She has extensive experience in community-based services including dementia care, complex care and mental health. Saranna has also achieved a diploma in leadership and management, and is a qualified trainer of the care certificate.

Saranna is dedicated to improving social care and has not only the drive and knowledge needed to achieve this, but a genuine love and commitment for what she does.
