Who will be providing the complex care?
That said, our job doesn't stop there. Our support staff will be present to plan, coordinate and oversee the caregiving plan, including:
- A registered nurse manager to provide regular clinical oversight
- A regional operations manager to look after your team's rotas, carry out regular quality and spot checks and be your point of contact if you need any advice
- A team leader to make sure the day-to-day caregiving runs harmoniously
- A shift registered nurse (if required)
